Hey everyone!

I know its been forever since I released something or share a new illustration. I feel really bad since I was super active in this community and all of a sudden really nothing has come out since the new years.

As some of you know I have a 2 year old son and a baby on the way and life has been a bit hectic. Everyone is healthy and doing great thank goodness though Ive encountered a few challenges with this pregnancy. I had a miscarriage previous to this pregnancy and it did take a emotional toll on me, I was lucky enough to get pregnant again and thank goodness I’m in the 4rth month and everything is looking great so far.

As many of you know, I did everything yema. From designing, marketing, shipping talking and just everything and to be honest though I love it!!, having a family and a little kid, and a rough pregnancy its been super hard. Im not super woman and in all this process I have not been really taking care of myself (emotionally and physically).

As much as I love art, love all you guys and the interactivity I had with you all my family and health come 1st. Yema is as demanding as 2 year old and I really don’t have much help or money to put my child on daycare. My husband works full-time and I really watch Niko all day. Being pregnant and taking care of a toddler is pretty challenging and when nighttime comes Im just ready for bed. 

I don’t know how things will be on the future since I know I will have to make an income (real job) :( so i don’t know if Ill re open yema. I will keep drawing but not strictly on my free time. I hope I’m not disappointing anyone, i feel kinda bad cuz i enjoyed so much this 2 yema years but I did notice a unbalance in my family and personal life a bit. 

I want to thank you all so very much for all the support, kind words, and opportunities I was given. I will never forget this part of my life and how much yema was welcomed and how much I learned! Ive never consider myself to be a stelar artist though I always aimed that high. I really thank anyone that invested a few bucks on my designs and surely will be forever grateful. 

Ill be pricing all my tees really low so feel free to pick anything up if you want. 

Again, thanks so much for everything guys and girls. I feel I made friends in this place and I will miss all of you.

Well, Im back with a new tee design. This time not so much “creature” oriented or I guess too crazy like I usually make them. I really wanted to bring a little character to life, someone who represents Yema and also to be the “news reporter” or something along those lines. 

I really enjoyed making this design, and I really hope you guys like it too. I would also love to hear some feedback regarding what you guys would like to see in Yema.
